- You can set up your Sapsa Bedding account from the Login page. Click Create Account to fill in the required details. Press submit once completed.

Does my registration expire?
- Your registration does not expire. However, we will deactivate or suspend your account, if it is inactive for a long time. Note - Sapsa Bedding reactivates your account after e-mail verification.
What if I forget my password?

- There may be times when your money gets deducted when making a payment for the order but you receive a Transaction Failure message. You need to call your bank and request a refund immediately in such cases.

Track your order - Sapsa Bedding gives you the option to Track Your Order through to My Orders located under the My Account section. Here, you can track your shipment with your Order Id. Alternatively, you can click on the Order Id in your Order Confirmation email to track your delivery.
Does Sapsa Bedding have any shipping charges?
- We offer free delivery for all orders above AED 500 placed using credit or debit cards. For orders below AED 500, a shipping charge of AED 99 will be applicable
Does the ordered product’s price include the shipping cost?
- The shipping cost is added to your ordered amount. These charges reflect on the billing page from where you proceed to place an order and checkout.
Where does the discount on my order reflect?
- TDiscount on the order placed reflects on your billing page. You can check the discount along with shipping charges before placing any order.
What should I do when my order arrives damaged?
- Before accepting the delivery, you need to check whether the packaging is damaged and inform us immediately. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery if you accept the damaged package. Visit our Return & Refund section for more information.
When will I receive my order if I make a purchase for both a mattress and a bed?
- Since beds undergo a longer shipping period, you will only receive both orders within 7-10 working days.
Do you deliver to multiple addresses?
- Sapsa Bedding only delivers to the address specified in your order. If you want the order to be delivered to different addresses, please ensure to enter the name of the specified location when placing the order with us. You can add a new address by going to My Account -> Address Book
Can I change my delivery address?
- You have the option to modify the delivery address before we ship your order. Please reach out to our call our customer service representative on Toll-Free Number 800 SAPSA (72772) or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to update the changes.

What arrangements do I need to make at home during the time of delivery?
- You need to ensure that the receiving area for the order assembly is clutter-free and ready to accommodate new furniture. Our delivery crew holds no responsibility for shifting or disassembling your old furniture or home decor. We are not responsible for any problems related to lifts, doorways or other issues encountered at your place or building.
- Note: The order will be only delivered to the ground floor if there is no elevator available. You will be required to arrange your own manpower for carrying the items to the higher floor. Our crew may be unable to carry items without causing any damage or risk if the residence has narrow doors, low ceilings & passageways or encounters any other similar inconvenient situations. In such circumstances, the team makes the final decision on whether to deliver the order.
Can I schedule my delivery?
- Once the order is placed, we will reach out to confirm a date and time as suggested by our delivery team. You will have the option to reschedule if you're unavailable and fix a new slot based on your convenience and the final update given by our team.
Do you deliver outside UAE?
- No, currently we deliver only within the UAE.
Do I need to present any documents when my order arrives?
- Yes, you will need to show your valid Emirates ID to receive your order.
What happens if a product I want to buy goes out of stock?
- At Sapsa Bedding, we do not display products that are out of stock. We ensure that the items shown are available at all times. In case a product goes out of stock, you will not find it on our website. If you are notified that an item is out of stock after placing an order with us, the amount spent will be reversed back as store credits to your E-wallet account or your source account based on your choice.
Can I cancel my order?
- Cancellation of orders is possible only before shipment. For exceptional cases, however, we can consider order cancellation after delivery. Cancellation post-delivery is subject to management approval.
Can I change the shipping address of the order?
- Yes, you can change the shipping address of the order before it is dispatched for delivery.
What is the process of cancelling an order?

How do I get a refund if you cancel the order?
- Rarely, do the products that you order go out of stock. In such situations, we cancel the order placed and issue a refund back to your account or store credit depending on the original mode of payment. The refund will take approximately 7-14 working days to reach your account and 48 working hours for your store wallet.
What are your Return/Refund and replacement policies?
Delivery of Damaged/Incorrect Items
- You can initiate a refund/exchange request if the items arrived are damaged/incorrect at the time of delivery
- Returns must be processed, within 24 hours from the date of delivery
- You can opt for a refund to your bank account or E-wallet as store credits based on your choice.
- This is not applicable for items collected by the customer directly

Change of Mind
- The return must be processed within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The refund will be processed only to your E-wallet account as store credits and strictly not to your bank account.
- All returned items will be subjected to our Quality Control.
- The return and refund will be denied if we find any damage or misuse of the items during the quality control check.
- All bedding items such as mattress protectors, and pillows will not be applicable for any exchange/refund request due to hygiene reasons
- Customised orders will not be applicable for a return request

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for the following items:
- Cut fabrics
- Custom-made orders
- Used goods or items that are accidentally damaged by the shopper.
- All linens, mattresses, mattresses accessories and pillows.
- Items tagged as "Best Price" or sold "As is".
- Note - Sapsa Bedding will arrange for the products to be picked up and returned to the warehouse for a quality control check. An acknowledgement receipt will be provided, once collected. Ensure that the product when returned is in its original condition and packaging. Ensure to provide the delivery order number or any other acceptable proof of purchase.
Can I walk into your store and return my product?
- Our delivery team will visit you for the return/exchange. Refer to our Shipping & Delivery to learn about our shipping charges.
Can I return or exchange a product by courier?
- No, you cannot return or exchange a product by courier. You may alternatively call and send an email to our customer service representative for raising a return request.
Can I book a return online? What is the process?
- Yes, Sapsa Bedding gives you the option to book a return online under the My Account section. Select Returns choose the product you wish to return, check your shipping address, the reason for return, choose an action and press return.
Can I return a product after I have discarded the packaging?
- No, we do not accept the return of the items for the ones where the packaging has been discarded.
Can I return part of a promotional purchase in case I received the discount on the total cost of the purchase? If yes, how do I get the refund?
- Depending on the terms and conditions of the offer, you may be able to return part of your promotional purchase, where you received a discount on the total order. The refund will be given after the discount and will reflect on your e-wallet as a store credit balance.
