Sapsa Bedding offers a return and refund policy if you’re not entirely satisfied with the products purchased. To make it a seamless experience, we recommend all our shoppers check the purchased orders at the time of delivery.

Delivery of Damaged/Incorrect Items

  • You can initiate a refund/exchange request if the items arrived are damaged/incorrect at the time of delivery
  • Returns must be processed, within 24 hours from the date of delivery
  • You can opt for a refund to your bank account or E-wallet as store credits based on your choice. 
  • This is not applicable for items collected by the customer directly
  • Disclaimer: This is regarding the product attributes information. 
    Despite the effort taken by the team to provide accurate product descriptions such as size, weight, colour and design, the features may differ from what is displayed/mentioned on our website.

Change of Mind

  • The return must be processed within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The refund will be processed only to your E-wallet account as store credits and strictly not to your bank account. 
  • All returned items will be subjected to our Quality Control.
  • The return and refund will be denied if we find any damage or misuse of the items during the quality control check.
  • All bedding items such as mattress protectors, and pillows will not be applicable for any exchange/refund request due to hygiene reasons.
  • Customised orders will not be applicable for a return request

Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Purchases

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for the following items: 

  • Cut fabrics
  • Custom-made orders
  • Used goods or items that are accidentally damaged by the shopper.
  • All linens, mattresses, mattresses accessories and pillows.
  • Items tagged as "Best Price" or sold "As is".


Sapsa Bedding will arrange for the products to be picked up and returned to the warehouse for a quality control check. An acknowledgement receipt will be provided, once collected.

Note : Ensure that the product when returned is in its original condition and packaging. Ensure to provide the delivery order number or any other acceptable proof of purchase.
