This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made at Sapsa Bedding from www.sapsabedding.com. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Exchange Policy:

Make sure you raise an exchange within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange is applicable only for standard-size mattresses and valid for one-time exchange only.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in a new, unused condition.

Exchanges are not accepted for the following:

  • Items purchased on clearance sale
  • Customized sizes/orders, accessories that have been unsealed or removed from their original packaging, and products damaged due to customer negligence.
  • Reasons such as comfortability, dissatisfaction, feel or performance, height & mattress specification
  • All linens, mattresses, mattresses accessories, and pillows.
  • Used goods or items that are accidentally damaged by the shopper.
  • Items tagged as "Best Price" or sold "As is".

Customized Bed Policy:

  • Customized orders are based only on the details or images shared by the customer in terms of structural dimensions and design.
  • The customized order will collaborate with Sapsa Bedding standard bed parts structural available, not the full design as per the images or details shared.
  • Alterations, re-structural, or re-upholstery can be offered only on defects or accidental damage that cause harm to the product but are not to be refunded or exchanged.
  • Model specifications and structural dimensions of Sapsa Bedding Beds cannot be altered unless assessed by Sapsa Bedding.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are applicable only for products purchased at full price and are subject to the following conditions:
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in a new, unused condition.
  • Refunds are not accepted for items purchased on clearance sale, ‘As is’ or at the best price, customized sizes/orders, accessories that have been unsealed or removed from their original packaging, and products damaged due to customer negligence.
  • Reasons such as comfortability, dissatisfaction, feel or performance, height & mattress specification are not valid for a refund.

Refund Policy:

  • Sapsa Bedding has the right to assess the condition and make the final decision on whether exchange, repair, or replacement is applicable under the Warranty Limitations & Delivery clauses.
  • All refunds, if applicable, will be made using the same mode of payment used on the original invoice or bank transfers only.
  • Delivery charges may apply if the product/order is to be delivered again due to any fault from the customer's side, accessibility or any other situation caused by the establishment.

Delivery of Damaged/Incorrect Items

  • You could initiate a refund/exchange request if the items arrived are damaged/incorrect at the time of delivery
  • Returns must be processed, within 24 hours from the date of delivery
  • You can opt for a refund to your bank account or E-wallet as store credits based on your choice.
  • This is not applicable to items collected by the customer directly
  • Disclaimer: This is regarding the product attributes information. Despite the effort taken by the team to provide accurate product descriptions such as size, weight, color and design, the features may differ from what is displayed/mentioned on our website.

Pick-Up

Sapsa Bedding will arrange for the products to be picked up and returned to the warehouse for a quality control check. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided, once collected.

Note: Ensure that the product when returned is in its original condition and packaging. Ensure to provide the delivery order number or any other acceptable proof of purchase.
