Sapsa Bedding Warranty
Here is a quick guideline into the Sapsa Bedding warranty policy for the products that we offer coverage. Please note that we do not offer warranty for the following categories:
- Beds.
- Bedside tables
- Pillows
- Mattress protectors
Exceptions include the items are delivered dirty, broken, damaged or mishandled while under our possession.
Disclaimer | Applicable to All Products with Warranty
- During the warranty period, this warranty cannot be transferred to anyone if you decide to sell the item.
- This warranty only applies when the products are purchased and used in the UAE.
- In the event of a warranty claim, this warranty remains in effect for the remainder of the original warranty period, but it will not be extended due to repair or replacement.
- Despite the effort taken by the team to provide accurate product descriptions such as size (+,-), weight, colour and design, the attributes may differ from what is mentioned on our website or based on international standards.
- In the event that the product is altered or repaired by someone other than our authorised specialists, the warranty will be void.
- This warranty does not affect your consumer rights.
Mattress Warranty

Restrictions
Sapsa Bedding warranty is not applicable to everyday wear & tear or under any of the following circumstances.
- If the bedding is found to be unsanitary.
- If a product issue is caused by external issues and not due to a defect in material or workmanship.
- If the mattress is placed without a centre support rail or bed base, Sapsa Bedding is not responsible for the damage caused to the mattress. Our warranty is not applicable to this situation.
- If there is any damage to the outer fabric of the cover, including wear and tear.
- If the items are soiled or unhygienic.
- Reasons such as comfortability, dissatisfaction, feel or performance are not considered defects and are not covered by the warranty.
- Mattress handles are not covered under this warranty. They are only to be used to position the mattress and not to flip or lift it.
- Your mattress may be delivered flat or rolled. Special equipment is used to roll a mattress. Do not attempt to bend or reroll the mattress by yourself.
- Please do not attempt to modify, alter or adapt your mattress as this will invalidate the warranty.
- When buying a mattress, ensure that it matches your bed base. Misalignment can cause potential damage to the product which will not be covered under our warranty.
Disclaimer
- The sagging and bunching of the top panel fabric are normal because of its elasticity, which extends through the foam due to user weight. In this situation, this is not a manufacturing defect. The foam and fabric will come back to the original shape over time once the mattress is not in use.
- The mattress upholstery is intended to provide cushioning and comfort. Mattresses may show body impressions when upholstery settles, which is not a structural defect. It will not be covered under warranty due to this reason.
- On usage, the mattress panel may tend to become loose, which is not a manufacturing defect.
Recliner Warranty
Sapsa Bedding offers a limited warranty on all of our recliner products. The details of the warranty are as follows:

Adjustable Beds Warranty

Electrical Warranty - 2 years Structural Warranty - 10 years The warranty begins on the date of purchase for new units and the date of manufacture for units that have been used on the floor or as display models. |

Electrical Warranty - 2 years
Your base has a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all electrical and mechanical parts of the base. Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect by our team, the defective part/product will be repaired or replaced (subject to management approval) within a reasonable time.
Structural Warranty - 2 years
Your base has a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all structural parts of the base. Structural parts include the frame and legs. Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect by our team, the defective part/product will be repaired or replaced (subject to management approval) within a reasonable time.
Note
- All tags and labels must remain legible and intact on the product.
- If the identical part, model or material is not available at the time of repair or replacement, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar product.
Restrictions
- Any mattress you purchase from Sapsa Bedding for this adjustable bed will have its own warranty policy and will not be covered under the adjustable bed warranty policy.
- The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects. The following examples are not manufacturing defects and will not be covered under this policy.
- Failure of components if the bed is subjected to a load greater than set out in the user manual
- Other failures related to use in accordance with the user manual
- Normal wear and tear
- Fault or damage caused by careless or wilful acts, misuse or neglect, accidents or issues caused during storage or transportation
- Minor manufacturing anomalies that do not affect the visual aesthetics or performance of the product
- Personal choice including comfort, size, height, and sizing of bedding.
- Installation and operational issues including arising from lack of availability of or connection to a suitable power source.
