Sapsa Bedding currently delivers products across the United Arab Emirates. We typically deliver within 7-14 working days (depending on the product) from the day the order gets placed with us. Our team works from Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM GST. The delivery schedule can also vary, depending on the product and the time you place the order.

When will I receive the shipment if I place the order today?
The order will be delivered within 7-14 business working days from the day you place the order with us. Our operating hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM (GST).
The delivery schedule can also vary, depending on the product and the time you place the order. You can now easily track your order by going to My Account -> My Account -> Track Your Order. You can also click on the Order ID in your Order Confirmation email to track the shipment.
What if I’m not at home when my order gets delivered?
Our customer service team will reach out if you’re unavailable to receive the order. There will be an option to reschedule the delivery date and time. Following the confirmation from our team, your new delivery slot will be confirmed.

Are there any shipping charges at Sapsa Bedding?
Free delivery for orders above AED 500 placed using credit or debit cards. An additional of AED 99 will be charged for orders below AED 500.
What happens if the order delivered is damaged?
Check whether the packaging is damaged and reach out to us instantly before accepting the delivery. Ensure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, if you accept a damaged package. Read our Return & Refund Policy for more information.
Is there an option to schedule my delivery?
We will reach out to confirm a date and time as suggested by our delivery partners once the order is placed. You can reschedule if unavailable and opt for a new slot based on your convenience. The final update will be given by our team up upon confirmation.
Is there an option to deliver to multiple addresses?
Sapsa Bedding only delivers to the address specified in the order. If you want the order to be delivered to different a location, please ensure to enter the details of the specified area when placing the order. You can add a new address by going to My Account -> Address Book.
Is it possible to change the delivery address?
Yes, you have the option to modify the delivery address before we ship your order. Ensure to reach out to our customer care team immediately via Toll-Free 800 2XL (295) or send an e-mail to care@sapsabedding.ae to make these changes.

Are there areas where you do not deliver?
Presently, we deliver only within our mentioned city limits in the UAE.
Do you deliver outside UAE?
No, currently we deliver only in the UAE.
Should I present any documents when my order arrives?
Yes. Please show your valid Emirates ID to receive your order.
When will I receive my order if I make a purchase for both a mattress and a bed?
Since beds undergo a longer shipping period, you will only receive both orders within 7-10 working days.
What arrangements do I need to make at home during the time of delivery?
You need to ensure that the receiving area for the order assembly is clutter-free and ready to accommodate your purchased items. Our delivery crew holds no responsibility for shifting or disassembling your old furniture or home decor. We are not responsible for any issues related to lifts, doorways or other problems encountered at your place or building.
Note:
- The order will be only delivered to the ground floor if there is no elevator available. You will be required to arrange manpower for carrying the items to the higher floor.
- Our crew may be unable to carry items without causing any damage or risk if the residence has narrow doors, low ceilings & passageways or encounters any other similar inconvenient situations. In such circumstances, the team makes the final decision on delivering the order.
